Name of Post : Social Worker / Laboratory Attendant
Qualification : Master Degree in Social Science or Community Health Nursing from a Recognized Institution OR BSc from a recognized Institution with Two Years Diploma in Social Work
10+2 with Vocational Course in MLT from a recognized Board/Institution with one year apprenticeship OR one year experience in the field in a Hospital Institution OR Diploma in MLT from a recognized Board/Institution Desirable :-Knowledge in Pathology/Anatomy Museum
Application Fee : The application fee is Rs 500/- (Rs.
250/- for SC candidates for SC posts) as non-refundable, which is to be deposited in the "Power Jyoti" Account of GMCH in any branch of State Bank of India with the fee payment Challan duly filled in ii Physically handicapped, Ex-Servicemen and the candidates, whose name is sponsored by the Regional Employment Exchange, Chandigarh are exempted from Application fee iii Fee paid in any other mode will not be accepted.
