The TMO Manager role is primarily focused on Transition Management and development of Transition Methodology, Toolkit and best practices The role involves oversight, management and reporting of all activities related to ongoing transition projects between the HubsThis is a position with global grade10This position reports toFinance Delivery Lead (HUB)Your responsibilities

• Project leadership - helps define main guidelines, allocate project tasks, motivate and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones
• Provides performance feedback regarding plans and allocated resources working on projects
• Planning and scheduling - helps define, jointly with the PMO and key stakeholders, scope of work, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation
• Develops, implements, and helps continuously improve standard processes, tools and ways of working by applying best practices to project environment and experience Actively contribute and support program co-ordination with other ABB projects where required
• Project execution and control - effectively organizes, monitors and controls activities to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of resources
• Project governance - ensures projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures
• Project reviews - Ensures that timely and effective project review preparations and project reviews takes place
• Stakeholder relations - Serves as the key contact for the project stakeholders, and an escalation point for project issues
• Effectively communicates appropriate information to stakeholders in a timely manner and to achieve desired understanding and support
• Accountable to ensure the appropriate planning of transition projects with all stakeholders and functions involved, including scheduling project deliverables, milestones, resources allocation, required tasks & scope of processes to be transitioned, Readiness assessment
• Ensure the execution of the Transition Methodology, Toolkit and standards application to each transition being implemented by PMO and TMO
• Unify the transition approaches for all Hubs and enhance the transition experience and ultimately service delivery and operations
• Continuously update the process of transition management to reflect upcoming challenges and needs coming from FTP or previous transition waves
• Perform analytics to determine the quality of Transition
• For each transition project, ensure the appropriate supervision, project management/transition management, controls and governance are in place for the transition of processes in scope as per the indicated schedule
• Provide relevant and insightful reporting to Transition Lead/ Steerco on the Transitions status
• Ensure the proactive management of and mitigation of risks, issues, and escalations when needed
• Develop and manage Integrated Transition Plan Change Control process
• Develop and execute business trip rules and framework for the FTOM Programme
• Any other ad hoc task assigned by Transition Lead/Programme Stakeholders
• Work hand in hand with PMO and act as a backup when necessary

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar position within Shared Services environment, including 3 years people/senior stakeholder management and proven track record of transition management in SSC/BPO
• Fluent English - verbal and written, excellent communication skills
• Core project management skills including expertise in project management methodology, tools and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and anticipate the needs of a changing landscape, excellent organizational
• Prioritizing and multi-tasking skills, excellent presentation, analytical and leadership skills, ability to motivate
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio/Aris, PowerPoint
• Business operations experience and understanding of R2R, P2P and O2C activities (including Intercompany) ideal
• PMP / PRINCE certification a plus
