Accomplishing common goals and acting as a single point of contact for all facility related issues & escalations Hands-on experience in managing all administrative activities like maintenance of office & its equipment, transport management, guest housekeeping, cafeteria, and so on Implementing stringent security measures for the safety of high-value assets and information, resolving complex security & vigilance issues as well as providing expert advisory services Negotiation with the vendors and excellence in managing activities in coordination with internal/external department including confidential correspondences to create favorable starting points with stakeholders (vendors, service providers, suppliers, and so on) Timely managing the Head Office Maintenance Checklist & Facility Round up for all the departments in HO, Guest House and Pantry Planning for Events, Conferences, Trainings, Meetings Workshops, and so on.
Visiting branches twice a month to take care of the deliverables, inventories, and infrastructure
