Job Description:
Extracting customer information from the Database (various sources), reviewing the Agreement details, Add the existing install base details on the quote and price it as per the details provided Contact the upstream and downstream teams to gather information wherever required to take the Deal forward
Install Base review and quoting and good understanding of reports and impeccable knowledge of Microsoft Excel Work with Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue and Audits team: effective communication skills is very important to be successful in this role – both written and verbal; as we expect the analyst to reach out to stakeholder over the call as well as through e-mails / instant messengers to resolve the issues Process decision making skills – as the process is analytical a lot of decision making is involved; the candidate is expected to be able to take judgement calls on the process Processing requests as per agreed Turn Around Time; as this is a global process this might mean that the employee might have to attend calls at odd hours Prioritization skills is a must Ensure accuracy in processing requests Ensure productivity targets are met Collaborate and work with IB Services team members & leads across centers Support qtr end and month time timeliness on Contract Consolidations and help in managing the surge in volumes immediately after the quarter end Work on rotational shift model to provide global coverage Work on projects and programs assigned to as part of additional responsibilities
Exposure to Quote to Cash process Exposure to working in IT and ITes Someone who could join us quickly (ready to join employees preferred)
