They have a mastery level understanding of Agile-Lean values, principles and practices and know how to apply them appropriately to drive agility at each level of the organization They use their skills and hands-on experience to build trust, inspire, and develop and drive Agile strategy and transformation for the organizationRESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide hands-on Agile coaching to Scrum Masters and their teams on all aspects of Scrum, Lean, and Kanban practices
- Display a solid understanding of agile values and principles and different frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, etc) that help achieve agility Understand when to apply specific practices to solve specific problems identified in the team.
- Evaluate and mentor existing Agile teams assess the team's agile maturity and coach to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
- Deliver training to new teams to promote and improve agility
- Guide the organization towards Agile maturity through formal training sessions and informal communication channels
- Contribute to the evolution of our Agile strategy and transformation journey for the organization
- Proactively collaborate and communicate with internal/external stakeholders to address Agile knowledge gaps to support Agile effectiveness
- Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement Challenges the teams and greater organization to reflect and improve
- Establish measurements that matter for organizational, leader and team Agile success
- Contribute to monitoring and measurement activities around the success of the Agile transformation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in large scale agile transformations with multiple teams with multiple engagements standing up Agile teams utilizing Agile practices and principles
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach within an organization
- Extensive background in coaching and developing people and teams Adept at influencing behavior change towards constant improvement
- Experience with design and delivery of related skill development programs (e.
g agile roles, user story writing, story splitting, road mapping and visioning, team building, collaboration / gamification techniques etc) highly desired - Deep knowledge and experience with multiple Agile frameworks
- Extended track record of delivering training in a manner than ensures knowledge transfer
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Agile certifications (eg Scrum, ICAgile, SAFe) desired when accompanying demonstration of an agile mindset and relevant examples of experience and skills to help enable teams
- Enterprise Business Agility strategic and systems thinking
