The Company is listed on National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in India Role profile Role title: Sr Product Manager, PRI & SIP, Central Function: Product Management Band: M2 Department: VIBS Products & Services Reports to: Principle Product Manager - IP Telephony & Unified Comms Location: Corporate/ Mumbai Role purpose: Business Management of the PRI, SIPT and SIPC portfolio holistically, for maximum value creation for customers and business across their lifecycles Take SIP to leadership position by FY-23 through strong GTM and capability development Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Finalizing the product roadmap, revenue + market share aspirations, resource requirements and returns on investment.
Key accountability to take leadership position in SIP services - Go To Market planning and execution covering customer targeting, propositions, sales kits, trainings to deliver target revenue and CXX
- Look for system and process improvements continuously to improve efficiency and reduce opportunity to revenue timeline
- Drive day-to-day product and revenue management by effectively interfacing with Technology, Network Operations, Product Development, Customer Service, Finance, Sales and Group Product Management
- Working closely with global partners in the Telephony ecosystem to continuously evaluate new capabilities, creating product differentiators and market opportunities

- Deep understanding of Fixed Telephony technologies
- Sharp business acumen to identify opportunities that can be addressed through product propositions
- Go to market planning and execution
High problem solving skills, out of box thinking and managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationships

8+ Years Work ExperienceProfessional qualifications (preferable): Engineering Graduate / MBA Blackblot/ Pragmatic Marketing/ similar certified Budget owned: Responsible for VIBS revenues for the product category nationally, across all circles and segments.

- Product Revenue and Growth in line with DB, associated KPIs
- Product Capability enhancements and new product launches complementing existing products
- Annual and LRP planning - market and customer insight, business objectives, depth of analysis, extent of detailing and timelines
