Job Description Role : AMS Architect, Transformation Consulting Practice Location : Bangalore Who are we looking for Tranformation consulting Practice is a growing team and looking to expand given significant market demand for the work we do We work to deliver and manage business transformation projects in Customer Strategy, Growth & Innovation Strategy, Enterprise Digital Strategy & Transformation (B2B and B2C) & Service Excellence We're looking for a member who would drive the team's initiatives and assist in driving the growth for this team Technical Skills: Experience across legacy and non-legacy, digital portfolio of an organization to derive an more cost optimized and efficiency managed services model Bring in transformation strategies around: Operational Transformation, Automation, reusability, productivity, IT Strategy & Planning, IT Organizational Design, Enterprise Architecture, Application Rationalization, IT Cost Optimization & IT Governance Design, IT Service Modeling, Managed Service Operating Modeling .
Ability to estimate and cost for application managed services , application operations/sustenance for an heterogenous IT environment and combine infrastructure and security managed services Ability to assess IT environment (Applications and Infrastructure) and working towards optimizing using extensive transformation levers Process Skills: Develop solutions to deliver pertinent answers to our clients', challenges, prepare recommendation reports and analyses, plan and manage projects Experience of IT assessment, managed services projects and technology know how .
Coach, mentor and upskill junior members of the Customer and Transformation practice Support Pre-sales and account teams to develop Customer and Digital commercial proposals for new and existing clients Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence Behavioral Skills : Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Ability to interact effectively with Delivery & Account teams, Technology CoEs, Project Managers, Project sponsors, and team associates .
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity Ability to handle and work in pressure situation Effective client communication and presentation skills Qualification: 12-15 years' prior consulting experience in a professional services firm experience in one or more of the following industries would be preferred - Banking & Capital markets, Insurance, Healthcare, Logistics .
A third level business qualification with strong academics is essential Education qualification: BTech, BE, MBA or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
