DescriptionBe a part of Koch Business Solution India- Market Research team to support Market Intelligence assignments across different healthcare segments (Medical Devices/ Pharma etc) for Koch Industries group companies What You Will Do In Your RoleStakeholders rely on knowledge and expertise of the Market Research Team to provide direction and guidance as it relates to their business needs The role of a Senior Market Research Analyst is to ensure fulfillment of project specifications, build and support recurring deliverables, support ad-hoc requests and provide support to the stakeholders You should be able to analyze autonomously qualitative and quantitative data, trends and competition 1) Understand stakeholder requirements/ project scope to support consulting projects for different pharma/ medical devices/ healthcare segments in the area of (but not limited to) Market landscaping, Competitive Intelligence, Pipeline Analysis, Account Intelligence, Technology Assessment etc 2) Support ad- hoc and recurring requests to ensure fulfillment of scope specifications and utilize market intelligence methodologies to build client satisfaction 3) Take complete ownership of the modules assigned and derive optimum value from subscribed/ publicly available databases 4) Research, analyze, interpret data and respond to client inquiries that may be complex and non-routine 5) Collect and synthe business information to generate meaningful insights for stakeholders on various customized requests from publicly available resources and subscribed databases 6) Analyze findings for relevant trends, patterns and insights and apply them to help the team arrive at solutions / recommendations 7) Present findings in a crisp, well structured, and synthed format and in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct business English (both written and verbal) for easy understanding 9) Interact seamlessly with team members to ensure we deliver high - quality strategic consulting assignments that exceed client expectations The Experience You Will BringRequirements:Education:: .

Graduate or Postgraduate Lifesciences streams- Pharma/ Biotech/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry etc MBA preferred Skills& Abilities: Proven Healthcare Market Research Analysis experience Inclination towards secondary research and knowledge of publicly available authoritative healthcare related data sources Expertise in data scouting and collating data from multiple sources Understanding of company financial data, sales data & number crunching Client focused, flexible, and a team player who is also able to work independently Experience with PowerPoint and Excel including Lookups, Pivot Tables, Graphing & Charting functionality etc Regulatory Understanding- Drug Approvals, Patent expiries etc Knowledge of commonly used basic strategic analysis tools Problem solving and analytical and critical thinking skills Data validation and accuracy acumen Formatting skills to maintain deliverable aesthetics Proficient English- verbal and written- for interaction with global stakeholders Work Experience:: Knowledge and 2-6 years of work experience in healthcare market research with focus on Pharma/ Medical Devices and related healthcare domains is a MUST What Will Put You AheadExperience in the industry with a desire to work for a B2B intelligence and consulting company and equipped with strong acumen in data and analytics is acceptable 'Koch is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace'
