Job Description :Employee Benefit Program Administration Maintains general knowledge of the Company's health and welfare plans and savings/pension plans to perform the administrative requirements across multiple plans and countries Administration of: Global defined contribution and defined benefit programs including review of contribution files, loans, deferrals and benefit calculations Global health and welfare programs including review and generation of data files, review of data error reports, and preparation of analytical reports of Plan costs Benefit data files which contain employee, benefit, dependent and beneficiary data Company's service awards, tuition reimbursement and scholarship programs.
Process eligibility events including review of documentation and enrollments for accuracy and compliance Assist with leave administration and timecard entry Invoice processing for all vendor expenses related to benefit plans which includes reviewing, coding, and trackingCompensation Administration General knowledge of the Company's Compensation programs in order to support the administration of the plans Administrative duties relating for processing including merit and incentive programs.
Complete Company data relating to participation in compensation surveys; including research, data retrieval, data computation and data manipulation Prepares supporting documents for approval of incentive plan payouts Prepares files for upload to Workday (ie bonus payments, wage increases, etc.
) Processes payments in SAP for the Board of Directors including cash retainer and dividends Processes transaction approvals according to compensation guidelines in Workday Other Responsibilities Attend regular team meetings with Total Rewards team to maintain knowledge of team projects Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Supports Company goals of continuous improvement and operational excellence at strategic and tactical levels including reviewing area of responsibility for improvement opportunities, as well as active participation on project teams Proactively work towards personal development and additional knowledge the Company's processes and procedures Performs any additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and at least two years of professional experience with a general knowledge of Benefit and/or Compensation policy and program administration Experience in SAP and Workday systems preferred.
Ability to research/resolve problems or issues in a timely manner Ability to work independently to resolve issues or problems on a day-to-day basis Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in a corporate environment Proficiency with Windows based software (specifically Excel, Word and Pow
