You support the Product Owner in carrying out his tasks for team management and backlog management by studying requests, helping with prioritization, feeding it with user stories, and monitoring product performance managed You use your knowledge to drive the definition of the stories within your area of expertise and you are responsible for the quality that the squad delivers Deliverables / Tasks:Prioritize the story backlog and manage the lifecycle Define and own the product functionalities and prioritize them into the Sprints for their own area and functional specifications (ie breaking down the solution into stories from Epics created by the Product Owners on the area of expertise of the squad) Get inputs from Product Owners, Architects, and, Android IT tribe lead Provide the Product Owner with information to prioritize the epics to manage the dependencies within and across squads Manage stakeholdersWork closely with the Product Owner and the squads Validate User Stories with Product Design (Product Owner and Architect) Oversee product deliveries to the organization:Provide all relevant internal documentation and knowledge on the delivered product component by the squad to the Product Owner Provide build cost and timeline estimations as inputs for features estimations Provide all relevant internal documentation and knowledge on the squad deliveries Lead your squad(s) :Lead the squad(s) by means of providing technical information and context on what needs to be delivered and why for the customer Accountable for the (end-to-end) functional quality of the squad deliveries Work with the squad to define the content of sprints and take responsibility for the content of the sprint Work with the squad to achieve the best possible velocity Critical Competencies - skills, and abilities required for the role: Knowledge of Android and PaymentAble to work in a role that combines operational tasks in a highly dynamic organization Take a pragmatic and professional approach, being constructive and solution-driven appropriate solutions in the best interest of the business Quick learner Strong analytical skills, able to effectively process and structure large amounts of information A strong team player, who supports the teamSignificant role requirements: Graduated at least at bachelor levelA good understanding of the Agile Method and the scrum framework Willing and able to travel occasionallyStrong communication skills with excellent English language skills (both verbal and written).
