Application Engineer/ Inside Sales Engineer Job In Neugene International Inc In Pune

The Inside Sales Engineer role works alongside the External Sales team to form relationships with customers by helping with model selections according to specification and sending technical quotations on time The inside sales engineer acts as a point of contact for the customer regarding order specifications, ensuring the customer receives exceptional levels of Customer Service through quick, consistent and accurate information The inside sales engineer will be in charge of accepting purchase orders and booking the order in the ERP system, and follows up on any outstanding quotations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the domestic and international sales teams Responsible for selecting appropriate model and making quotations Shall be responsible for maintaining and preparing documentation for customer approvals and any pre qualification requirement for online tenders Sending timely quotations with supporting documentation and drawings for a range of standard and customised solutions to meet the customer's specifications To demonstrate sense of urgency in handling customer queries.

If any technical data is missing, proactively coordinate with sales team, collect relevant data and respond promptly Co-ordinating with customer and Factory and assisting Sales Manager in Sales related activities and if required visit customer site Proposal making & tender submission to Government & Semi Government organisations DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: 4-6 years of relevant customer service / technical experience in valve / actuator / automation component industries BE /Dip Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electromechanical Ability to work in a fast pace environment within accuracy Candidate must be organized & possess a high level of administrative ability to effectively manage paperwork Dynamic & Result Oriented Good communication skills Experience reading specifications Has experience in using SAP ERP Systems
