Job Overview: Onboard and implement the HubSpot portal for new clients Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns, including template designs (emails and landing pages), calls-to-action, etc within the HubSpot platform Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc).
Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates Providing front-end support for different enterprise applications to clients and colleagues in other departments Develop tests and optimize results.
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management Analytical skills are suitable for campaign measurement and knowledge of key marketing campaign metrics Job Responsibilities:Providing software application support under the supervision of the Senior Engineer Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements Provide exceptional support for our applications and associated services.
Answer phone calls, chat and emails to troubleshoot issues customers face when using DocuSign products, including integrations, setting up templates, transaction workflow education, etc Utilize support tools and resources necessary to get the job done, including e-mail, chat, telephone and Salesforce Deliver informal product training to prospects, customers, and fellow employees Experience using Salesforcecom a plus Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field preferred Self-motivated and goal-orientated Customer Success & Support @ DocuSign Required Skillset: 1-2 years' experience in HubSpot CRM/DocuSign/Adobe Pro Must know how to automate marketing and sales processes An experienced HubSpot enterprise user.
