Job description Participate in team activities and be a customer advocate Handling customers, following up on customer issues and clarifications, carry out second line of troubleshooting steps, work with Engineering/Testing teams to get customer issues resolved Open to work in flexible work timings Web and Database Support with a clear understanding of the basics of the application, technology, and domain Experience: Total Years of experience to be 6-10 of relevant experience Considerable experience, including delivering support for web and database applications in a variety of professional environments Relevant technical experience to include Application support, database maintenance and migration activities, exposure to SQL & Dot Net Exposure and working knowledge of one or more ITSM tools in the capacity of an administrator.
Willingness to carry out the various activities assigned to them and complete them to closure Overall open to take up any activity with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies Considerable experience in dealing with a wide range of customers with high level support and understanding and excellent communication skills both verbal and written Minimum Qualification: Computer science Degree preferred or equivalent degree Skills: Must have Strong ITIL Expertise (preferred ITIL foundation certification) SQL, IIS, API/Web service Application troubleshooting skill Basics of Java scripting Strong understanding of web-based networking technologies and commands Good to have Exposure to C#, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Dot Net Understanding of REST/SOAP based API integration to various data sources eg.
, SCCM etc ITIL V3, V4 (Intermediate Certified) Knowledge on Infrastructure systems like Active Directory, Single Sign On, mailing systems etc
