Qualification

• Apprentice Grade-III: Passed Class 10+2 in Science stream from a Govt Recognized Board/University.
  
  (ii) Passed Diploma in OT Technology Course (Anaesthesia, OT and Endoscopy) of minimum 02 (two) years duration from a Govt Recognized Institute (iii) Must have minimum 02 (two) years post qualification full time relevant work experience in the field of Anaesthesia, OT and Endoscopy from a Govt Hospital or well-equipped private hospital of repute
• Apprentice Grade-V: Passed Class 10+2 in any stream from a Govt Recognized Board/University.
  
  (ii) Passed Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from an institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council, Govt of India and must have minimum 03 (three) years post qualification full time relevant work experience as Nurse in a Govt Hospital or well-equipped private hospital of repute, OR BSc Nursing from an Institute/University recognized by Indian Nursing Council, Govt.

Salary Details

• Apprentice Grade-III: RS 26,600 – 90,000/- Per Moth

Age Limit

• Apprentice Grade-III: 18-30 years
• Apprentice Grade-V: 18-32 years

Age Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST
