Responsibilities 1 Manage day-to-day technical support activity and handle client communication 2 Plan and resolve issues in a prioritized order 3 Act as a primary point of contact for tickets till resolution 4 Document issue resolution approach, unit test plan, and the test results.

5 Prepare FDD, TE040, and Training Manuals on new development activities Required Skills 1 Experience in Oracle Applications R12 implementation and support project 2 5+ years of experience in Oracle Apps 3.

Must have at least 1 implementation experience in Oracle EBS Finance, with min 2 projects experience in Support 4 Must have experience in Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles 5 Experience in the various phases of the project implementation lifecycle and knowledge of implementation methodology 6.

Experience in Oracle Fusion applications will be a plus 7 Should have excellent communication and analytical skills in understanding and troubleshooting the business needs 8 Strong solution skills is a must and excellent communication and presentation skills are required 9 Should be able to work independently as well as a team member 10.
