These will include but not limited to SAP Fiori, CDS Views, ODATA and SAP Security for Solution ManagerThe role will also be engaged in reshaping methods and tools to support ongoing enhancements and future strategiesIn addition to being part of the team delivering value to deployments and DevSecOps, you will have opportunities to work with global stakeholders (including global PMO) on a global program (PGT) while being part of a dynamic, growing team in Hyderabad ResponsibilitiesDevelop and provide training on the Solution Documentation processes, procedures and policiesProvide support the compliance in the usage of CDT toolExecuting Quality Assurance on deliverables in Solution Manager to ensure compliance with global standardsAssist in developing project ways of working integrating SAFe practices into Solution DocumentationAssist Global and Deployment projects in developing reports for Business Process Hierarchy and the Business Process Master ListProvide general Solution Manager documentation maintenance and support (unlocking documents, searching for Configuration and RICEF documentation)Developing and providing PGT Methods and Tools training for the PGT Global Team and Deployment Teams QualificationsYears of Experience:Minimum 7-10+ years of overall IT experiencesMandatory Technical Skills:Bachelor's degree requiredSAP Certificates and/or PMP Certification are a plusMinimum 3-5+ years of SAP Solution Manager management and expertiseProficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)Knowledge and experience in following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP CharM, ITIL tools & processes, ARIS Process ModelingMandatory Non Technical Skills:Requires excellent English communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation Strong analytical skillsProvides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customersAbility to work flexible hours based on varying business and project requirementsMust have previous experience managing small teams and proven ability to develop teams and cultivate talent Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirementsStrong management skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talentDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organizationExperience in CPG industry preferredAbility to make decisions based on information at hand Short term and long term impacts of those decisions.
