OverviewMain Purpose of the Role:IT SR Analyst - TPM Trade Management Specialist is part of the PGT Solution Design Team setup under ES function in Tech Hub at Hyderabad This role supports the implementation and deployment in PBNA and FLNA of the Trade and Promotion Management (TPM) area of the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) for Trade Management processes The objective of this role is to ensure that the flexible planning requirements of the PBNA and FLNA are analyzed and achieved by the Global Template solution of the SAP Trade and Promotion Management process for PepsiCo'sThe role collaborates in standardization of the business processes and ensures that the configured system confirms to the Global Template approach while meeting the needs of the business of PBNA and FLNA across the CRM and BW modelsAccountabilities:.
Work with TPM PGT Lead in Hub and with Global Process Leads in various TPM sub-processes like Customer Business Planning, Master Data, Pricing & Rebates and Trade Optimization both from CRM technical and BW perspectives to review and validate, adopt the proposed solution to PBNA and FLNA - Accountable Work with extended partner team in analyzing all Technical development requests, Configuration Requests and Change requests within sprint across CRM and BW functionalities of the Global Template Support design analysis for CBP and Promotion Planning, Order & Contract Management, Pricing & Rebates & Trade Optimization sub areas for localization of functionality ( PBNA and FLNA) in the Global Template during deployment - Accountable Ideate with TPM PGT Lead/ TPM Solution Lead / Global Process Lead and Global SMEs to implement and deploy the Global Template in PBNA and FLNA - Consult/Execute.
Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities - Consult / Execute Partner with solution functional leads and business experts to identify standard to fit KPIs in Global Template Activate and demo the standard KPIs to business during sprint sessions Lead seamless user experience for business leveraging multiple reporting tools ( BOBJ, Fiori and SAC ) Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed in PBNA and FLNA - Consult / Executeo Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing wasteo Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouragedo Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.
ResponsibilitiesMandatory Skills: Around 6-8 years of experience as a SAP Consultant, including SAP BW-IP , SAP HANA/BW, CRM ABAP In depth knowledge of all promotion planning processes Knowledge of all master data objects required to support the Promotion Planning and Execution (business partner and roles, customer hierarchy, Product hierarchy etc) Pricing & Rebates (pricing condition maintenance, agreements, pricing reports, etc).
Knowledge of integration points to functional areas like finance, order to cash and data and analytics and related business processes Experienced in optimizing several complex ABAP Programs, HANA Views and BW Data models Strong problem solving and teamwork skills Knowledge of debuggingNon Mandatory Skills:.
Able to work with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements Able to ideate through a highly complex problems within their peer team and managers.
