Role & ResponsibilitiesKey Duties and Responsibilities:Preparation of Sales ForecastExecution of Sales targets and plan for the territoryImplementation of Sales Plans for the territory and achieve the sales revenue targetAchieving the collection targets for the territorySubmission of all prescribed reports (Daily Sales Report, Monthly and Quarterly MIS, etc) and updation of data on Lead Portal and Opportunity FunnelIdentification of new Key Accounts, Distributors/Channel partners and Direct trade opportunitiesAwareness regarding competitor's activities in the market and information in terms of pricing, schemes, systems/procedures etcHandle the responsibility for Distributor Management and Direct selling including the accounts reconciliation.
Follow the marketing and advertising strategies proposed by Marketing Education / Qualification:Graduate in science Chemistry background with MBA in Marketing preferredExperience Requirements:At least 2- 5 years in the lab ChemicalsTrack record of achievement in Sales, Marketing and Business Development rolesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities required for this role:
- Must be results oriented, assertive and self - motivated, possess strong organizational skills to be able to achieve goals consistently
- Must possess professional selling and presentation skills to be able to influence multiple levels at customer's organization
- Must possess the technical aptitude to be able to grasp complex product applications
- Must have excellent negotiation skills to close sales
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively with customers, customer service and different levels of internal and external customers
