You are responsible for
- Handling Channel Sales (General Trade/Distributors)
- Achieve month wise sales objectives (Primary and Secondary Sales) of the region for entire Personal Care product range
- Implement company's credit policy
- Ensure region's Commercial is within budgets
- No Company Payroll/Third Party Payroll Team Handling
- Driving business through a team of dedicated/exclusive DSOs at Distributor points
To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- MBA with a specialization in Sales and Marketing
- Minimum 3-4 years of General Trade Channel Experience
- Experience & knowledge of channel sales
- Ideal candidate should have experience of leveraging on existing channels & setting up new channels to reach the set objectives
- Should possess extensive experience in at Distribution/Channel Management
- Candidates having experience in the FMCG industry (preferred - cosmetic channel)
- Good inter-personal skills
- Strong in Data Analytics and MS office
