i To develop and finalise business plan and performance budget for the Zone and the branches in the Zone in coordination with Retail Banking Department

ii To provide necessary guidance to the officials at Zonal Office/ branches for developing and implementing appropriate business plans and strategies and action points to achieve them

iii To ensure that the branches of the Zone achieve business growth, profitability, recovery and other performance targets.
