Site Name: Bengaluru Luxor North Tower, Warsaw Cirrus Posted Date: Apr 7 2023 The Procurement Buying Goods & Services team has single accountability for the global Strategy, Design, Governance and Improvement roadmap of the end to end BG&S processes and operations The process impacts 400+ Procurement employees, 15,000 shoppers and 38,000 suppliers across Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Master Data, Requisition, Purchase Order, Invoice and Payment processes Through close collaboration with the Procurement Performance team, Decision Support team, Supply Chain teams, engaging the Category and Local Procurement Professionals as well as the Provisioning teams this role will be responsible for setting the data and business process standards across the Directs, Indirects and Manufacturing categories to enable Procurement to get the insight (eg spend, suppliers, market intelligence) they need unlock value through their category strategies.

This role will also routinely support strategic initiatives that require relevant specialised knowledge This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following Ensure integrity and transparency of the data sources and manipulation steps across all systems, including legacy systems Main systems are G-ERP and Vx ERP, Ariba Act as a Subject Matter Expert, translating GSK Procurement and stakeholder needs, agree the most optimized and balanced solution for process enrichments or projects Catalogue Management and Maintenance Drive continuous improvement programs related to Buying Channels Examples could include improvements of catalog services, tiles and keywords held in the Ariba system Act at Level 2 escalation point with Procurement CoE - resolution of Buying & Paying queries, detailed root causing and clear communication of corrective actions to our users and suppliers.

Work with the Procurement and Provisioning teams to understand the insights that they are trying to achieve and then work with the Tech teams to extract, cleanse and build repeatable processes to maintain the data Work with Category Managers to support them in cleansing spend information, providing accurate visibility of GSK's spend across all markets and sites Support the development of enriched Procurement supplier data, linking together master data sources (ERP, ARIBA Sourcing, ARIBA contracts, external tools) with transaction level detail to enable detailed analysis Partner with the Data & Analytics team to identify and implement areas of improvement to reporting operations and data processes and ensure efficient operations with the offshore service teams Vendor Master - Supporting Supplier onboarding, SLP, Data maintenance.
