• Determining customer requirements
• Ensuring that these requirements are shared with vehicle design team
• Get it included in the vehicle design, in compliance with both the requirements of the target markets & in line with Brand guidelines

• Industry and Market knowledge on PV customer expectation & Regional specificities

• Validate the hypothesis through Market Research or Survey
• Monitor Competition environment and automotive industry movement/strategies
• Watch Market economic, Infrastructure, Governmental policy, customer lifestyle changes
• Customer Requirement (NCBS) / Satisfaction Data analysis

• Better car driving skill to be achieved to validate the expectations through vehicle evaluation

• Necessary coordination with market research agencies

• Support & coordinate the new product development teams during initial project stages

• Preparation of reports and data analysis

• Suggest and support the Test engineer/Project Leader for better work delivery

• Undertake team development and performance management initiatives
• Address project management concerns and provide suggestions for improvement
• Identify the training and development needs & suggest relevant programs
• Assess the performance of team members & support them with developmental feedback and support
