Looking for HRBP someone who is comfortable working in shifts -3 to 12 or 4 to 1 shiftManage end to end employee lifecycle including onboarding & induction, grievance handling and employee relations, performance management and attrition management ' Design, implement and support various HR programs, processes, policies for the vertical and partner with managers/employees to meet business goals ' Work closely with Business Leaders, Delivery Head and HR team to drive people processes like employee engagement, performance management, career progression, BU restructuring, workforce planning etc ' Plan for Employee Satisfaction Surveys, encourage maximum participation, help analyze and explain results, and coach managers and teams in action planning exercises, follow-through on action plans ' Guide, support, orient and train employees and managers through the entire Performance Management cycle Development Plans, Mid-Year Reviews, Year-end valuations, Calibrations, etc ' Deploy Training and Development portfolio in accordance with business and individual needs to ensure readiness of talent for current and future requirements of the business ' Manage and resolves complex employee relations issues ' Drive employee engagement initiatives for specific teams and across the BU ' Build the entire People Initiative Calendar like Town halls, Floor Walks and facilitate employee engagement activities and R&R programs on a monthly basis ' Managing and resolving all types of employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations ' Provide guidance to managers and employees on policies, disciplinary procedures, talent management programs and other people initiatives ' Driving timely closures of annual performance management process, employee satisfaction survey, promotions, R&R etc across the business unit ' Conduct skip level and 1-o-1 meetings with employees.
