Assistant Manager It Job In United Placement Solutions In India

• Experienced in managing IT Security and network operations
• Technically sound and hands-on knowledge in managing and maintaining server, network and end point security IPS/IDS, Proxy, Anti-virus, Load Balancer, 2FA/MFA, VPN/SSL VPN
• Hands-on experience in managing and maintainc of Next Gen Firewalls and other devices like Access Points, Wireless Controllers etc
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity tools like ATP,SIEM, SCCM, IAM/PAM, DLP, EDR/XDR and other cloud security products and tools.
  
  
• Working experience on Web application security, able to analyse VAPT reports and suggest countermeasures or mitigating controls
• Working experience on Information Security Policies and IT Procedures, ISO 27001 assessments, IT and Cyber Security audits, IT Data protection rules, etc
• Evaluating and working with external vendors for implementing new security solutions Creation and maintaince of internal security policies, guidelines, and procedures Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory policies.
  
  
• Experienced in Network Configuration and Management of DNS,DHCP, implementation and managing LAN,WAN- MPLS/ILL/ Broadband connectivity across all locations
• Provide direction, guidance, and support to Infrastructure team members in all areas whenever required
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

1. Experience - Minimum 8-10 years' experience in a combination of IT Security, Systems adminstration and Networking jobs Atleast 3-4 years of It security experience is mandatory, including current profile.
   
   
2. Educational Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related discipline Certification in either CISSP/ CISM/CISA or Certified ethical hacker mandatory
• Experience of working with and managing IT partners or 3rd part vendors and service providers
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate across a broad spectrum of users
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  
  
• Team management skills, ability to delegate and ensure delivery by subordinates
