• To advise and handle litigation matters PAN India
• To advise, handle and liaison with the police on various notices received from the police seeking information regarding passenger details, flight details etc
• To coordinate and work with external lawyers for procuring opinions and/or transactions
• Support in creating/improvising and implementing internal processes for ensuring smooth operations and closing of assignments in a time efficient manner while mitigating legal risks for the Company

• Issue based legal advisory
• Litigation management
• Intellectual Property management

• LLB
• 1-3 years of work experience will be preferred
• Proficiency in one of Tamil/ Kannada / Telugu

• Good legal and business acumen.
  
  
• To be abreast with latest legal and statutory development and laws in Fintech/ Banking sector
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to differentiate between conflicting priorities and issues to identify underlying causes
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively
• Essential computer operating skills including MS-Office applications and most importantly an eye for detail in creative-creation
