• University degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Project Engineering with minimum of >10+years engineering or similar experience preferably in a complex industrial organization
• Broad knowledge (minimum 5 years) of the production processes and site assets Understands some applications of technologies.
  
  Demonstrates ability to interface with others
• Basic English and Computer literacy
• High capability in project & continuous improvement management

• Problem solving, analytical & planning skill
• Demonstrates personal sensitivity and ability to obtain objectives
