Red flags on any identified process improvement Issues affecting the process / product Operations background from NBFC/banking/credit/Fintech Industry .
Calibration session with Operations and other LOBs as need be Effective TNA & TNI Coaching for improvement .
Quality reports & deep dive Analysis Daily briefing dip checkWhat are we looking for 3+ years of experience into KYC and Quality Proficiency in Excel is preferred .
Average quality score of last 3 months should be 90% or above Strong interpersonal & communication skills, including the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively, efficiently and proactively both verbally and in writing Ability to identify deviations from process / product requirement.
