Lead TechM recruiting strategy with a focus on acquiring top talent to meet the hiring needs for Int Hiring at all level, primarily bulk / agent hiring Full life cycle of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated ability to deliver customized strategies Hire and develop a strong team of recruiters and sourcers of all levels and capabilities, Focus on in house sourcing channels and hire Less from agencies Sourcing best talent through social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and employee referral program & internal job posts.

People management - Deploy forecasting and reporting to track recruiting metrics and measure progress against team goals Use data and information to detect insights and adjust the strategy to increase the impact of the team Partner with business and strategies deliveries for multi projects Experience supporting stakeholders at Leadership / executive level Should have great presentation skills Ability to use data and analytics to develop insights and guide decisions Strong Market knowledge - Providing market intelligence to stakeholders/hiring leaders and creating an ongoing pipeline for specific roles Identifying future talent needs.

Intermediate proficiency with ATS system Proficiency in marketing/sourcing techniques to include internet, college alumni, interactive strategies, and social media IMMEDIATE JOINERS would be Preferred

Joining Location - Pune Hinjewadi - Wfo >8 Years Of Bpo Recruiting / Hiring Experience, With At Least 4+ Years Of Experience Leading Teams. Excellent Written & Verbal Communications Skills & Leadership Skills.
