• Infogain is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company's goals This cross-functional position will help build and maintain reports that provide accurate and actionable insights and own processes and automation to ensure successful business outcomes
• The Marketing Operations Manager is expected to:
• Maintain a detailed documentation on our marketing operations
• Develop and drive the marketing database strategies and execution in relation to consumer growth, segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness
• Create dashboards and reports in Marketo that improve visibility into effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with marketing strategist in the creation and management of marketing campaign process for the purpose of driving leads from both consumers and prospective consumers
• Support measurement of campaign effectiveness and campaign insights
• Implement and audit all tracking mechanisms to ensure data accuracy.
  
  
• Build static and dynamic segmented lists for tailored campaigns based on persona, past activities messaging and customer journeys
• Evaluate and provide recommendations on how to optimize the current tech stack
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
• The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Proven 4-5 years of work experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role
• Experience with reporting and analytics
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
