Assistant Project Manager Civil Job In Turnertownsend In Panipat, India

Job DescriptionMain Purpose of position:

• Will be responsible of quality review for civil works
• To act as the key representative at site, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of value added services

Key responsibilities:

• Understanding & precise knowledge of all aspects of construction related to civil and structural discipline
• Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications
• Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.
  
  
• Preparation of monthly & Weekly progress report
• Preparation of schedule/timelines of project
• Checking of Bills of Contractors and payment recommendations as per contract terms
• Study of Drawings and design in detail and provide valuable inputs before start of execution
• Prepare and submit final snag/defect list at the time of handover and successful handover of the projects within a timelines.

• Education ' Diploma/BE/BTech (Civil)
• Candidate should have relevant experience of working preferably for a construction base build projects , having a Diploma/ graduate degree with excellent technical skills
• 5-10+ years work experience with demonstrated career growth graph
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint , Microsoft Projects
• The person required should be well versed with the construction cycle , design coordination , construction management ,Quality Management, stakeholder management and Handover procedures.
