Essential Qualification & Experience: Diploma in Engineering with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics/Chemical recognized by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development The Diploma in Engineering should be of three years duration after SSC/HSC Candidates with HSC + 2 years Diploma course in Engineering (Approved by AICTE) with 60% or above marks are also eligible Candidates who have pursued Diploma through Lateral entry to 2nd year Diploma after Xth (SSC) + ITI are not eligible Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level
examination.

Qualification: BSc with a minimum of 60% marks BSc.
shall be with Chemistry as principal and Physics/Mathematics/ Statistics/Electronics & Computer Science as subsidiary OR with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects with equal weightage Mathematics at HSC (10+2) level is essential.
Candidates having Mathematics as the principal subject at BSc are not eligible Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC
level examination

Scientific Assistant/B - Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering

Qualification: Diploma in Engineering with not less than 60% marks in Civil recognized by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development.
The Diploma in Engineering should be of three years duration after SSC/HSC Candidates with HSC + 2 years Diploma course in Civil Engineering (Approved by AICTE) with 60% or above marks are also eligible Candidates who have pursued Diploma through Lateral entry to 2nd year Diploma after Xth (SSC) + ITI are not eligible Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination

Qualification: HSC (10+2) or ISC (with Science subjects) with not less than 50% marks in Science and Mathematics individually.
Shall have English as one of the subjects atleast at SSC level Examination HSC (12th Std) with not less than 40% marks in Science and Mathematics individually with English as one of the subjects at least at SSC level examination
Stipendiary Trainees / Technician (ST/TM) (Category II) - Maintainer

Qualification: SSC (10 years) with not less than 50% marks in Science subjects and Mathematics individually and 2 years ITI certificate course in Fitter/ Electrician/ Electronic Mechanic/ Instrument Mechanic/ Welder/ Machinist/ Diesel Mechanic trade For Trades for which the duration of the ITI course is less than 2 years, the candidates should have atleast one year relevant working experience after completion of the course.
Shall have English as one of the subject atleast at SSC level examination Pass in SSC with Science and Mathematics with English as one of the subjects at SSC level examination with 2 years ITI Wherever for trades for which the ITI course is less than 2 years, 1 year experience in the relevant area after completion of the course shall be required

Monthly Stipend During Training :
Stipendiary Trainee /Scientific Assistant (ST/SA) Category-I : 1 st Year / Rs16,000/- p.
m, 2nd Year / Rs18,000/- pm
Stipendiary Trainee /Technician (ST/Tech) Category-II : 1 st Year / Rs.
10,500/- pm, 2nd Year / Rs12,500/- pm.
Selection Process:
For the post of Stipendiary Trainees/ Scientific Assistant (ST/SA) (Category – I) & Scientific Assistant/B (SA/B): Written Examination:
Online examination will be conducted tentatively in April, 2019 Exact date, time and venue of the written examination will be available in the “Admit Card” Admit card of the screened in candidate for appearing for written examination will be made available in the website for downloading Email/SMS will also be sent to screened-in candidates
For the post of Stipendiary Trainees/ Technician (ST/TM) (Category – II):
Stage-1 Preliminary Test: The examination will comprise 50 Multiple Choice Questions (Choice of four answers) of 01 (one) hour duration in the following proportion:
Stage-2 Advance Test : All the candidates screened-in Stage-1 to undertake an advanced test.
The syllabus for question paper for Stage 2 test will be based on the qualification The test will be of 02 (Two) hours duration
Note: Candidates must have already passed the qualifying examination as on the last date of submission of online application Candidates who have appeared for the qualifying examination but whose results are not declared by the crucial last date for submitting onlineapplication, are not eligible
