Executes Security & Safety Policies & Plans / Departmental Objectives for the Plant Deployment of security personnel for security duties in the plant as per requirement Impart security and fire training to the security personnel and ensure smooth gate controlling Ensure attendance of the personnel is maintained by the security personnel Regulates entry / exit of personnel (staff, workers and contract workers) in the plant.

Ensure baggage checking/ frisking of personnel is carried out by the security guards Dealing with visitors, issuing visitors passes and record is maintained Regulates entry /exit of vehicles/ Stores/ Materials to and from the plant Check and scrutinize Raw Material / Finished Goods documents transactions Supervise and Issue gate pass for vehicles in SAP system (Data entry) for Inbound & Outbound transactions.

Check, reconcile and ensure weighment processes of vehicles/ material is carried Ensure no theft of company material by personnel/ vehicles Investigation of cases and submission of reports with mitigation plans Maintaining operational status of firefighting equipment's and fire pumps Monitoring/ reviewing of CCTV cameras footage to detect any abnormal activity.

Ensure frequent rounds inside the plant to detect any abnormality Detect and report unsafe behaviour/act, conditions and practices by personnel Ensure work permit system is followed by contractor workers & report violation if any Impart security and safety training to the personnel (contractor workers) Take frequent rounds and ensure no violations of Security & SHE policies by personnel.

Check and maintain records of material transited on returnable material gate passes Help in development and renovation of garden to improve environment
