Assistant Vice President Chatbot Job In Sbi Cards In Gurgaon / Gurugram, India

• Person is required to work with development partners to ensure the execution of projects in a timely manner with expected quality
• Lead RPA program and development of new BOTs using RPA technology stack of UiPath and NICE
• Keep track of all IT projects for RPA stack He/She will be responsible to drive IT-function monthly meeting with business leader and all relevant stakeholders to prioirtize the IT projects and provide status of ongoing projects for business function
• Supervise RPA operations ensuring expected uptime and performance
• Build a strong understanding of business processes across lifecycle of card domain as role is expected to bridge gap between business users and development partners on business understanding
• Create project plan, drive both business & IT teams to work with plan, identify project/program risks and put mitigations or do timely escalation for help needed
• Determining program budget, preparing a board note for obtaining the program approval and executing program within approved budget Person is also required to plan for operating expenses
• Working with business product owners & category heads to help them reach IT solutions for their digital needs.
  
  Person needs to design the IT solutions and review periodically with technical vendor teams
• Bring technical experience on handling projects involving Robotics & AI technologies
• IT ownerfor RPA technology stack and be the single point of contact for all IT needs of assigned tech stack
• Build roadmap and strategy for RPA use cases
• Program Management - Managing technology delivery of projects and programs for Robotics Platform

• Noof Key projects and programs delivered
• Deliver assigned activities with best quality and within the desired timelines.
  
  
• Ensure First Time Right delivery in production for the projects/tasks assigned to him/her
• Platform availbility and performance

• Should have very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills - strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve
• Experience in managing RPA & AI platforms - you should have good hold on managing AI based It platforms
• People Management - You should be able to manage your direct reportees from SBI Card and partner employees
• Program and project management - You should have an experience of defining IT processes, cross-platforms IT solutions and delivery of projects in AI & RPA technologies through a vendor/partner delivery team
• Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint
• Domain understanding and technology solutioning - you should have good hold on creditcards domain and also strong technology skillset to provide solution for RPA & AI based IT projects Person should have experience of working with UiPath RPA platform.
