Join our Credit Risk team in the Risk Management Group as a Data Management and Governance Lead who will be responsible for implementing Macquarie's Data Governance and Quality Framework for critical data elements along with leading initiatives to uplift our data architecture, integrate data processes, build robust data analysis capabilities, and implement the overall data strategy You will lead a team of data stewards and oversee developers to manage the end-to-end data governance and quality monitoring lifecycle You will be responsible for designing and uplifting processes to monitor data risk and quality, identifying opportunities and gaps to remediate them by working closely with various stakeholders You will help drive the culture of continuous improvement within the team to achieve operational efficiency and growth You will also lead collaboration across teams to have consistent data governance practices and implementation, partnering enterprise wide with data management teams to keep abreast with changes to policies and guidance.
