Planning & Strategic Thinking: Your role is strategic in nature, with focus being on long-term, big picture initiatives intended to meet the business goals You must be able to develop methods that can accomplish some aspect of a business's larger strategy with an enthusiasm for high-level planning and strategic thinking Risk Management: BIAS Risk Management skills are necessary when driving various business AI models You have the ability to recognize, measure, and mitigate the data risks that come with different model development approaches.

Business Goals in framework design: You must have a deep understanding of the goals and objectives of the BIAS Governance and associated ecosystems You must be prepared to have an intimate understanding of their framework's particular goals, both big and small, to be most effective in their role as a framework SME You must have strong domain expertise in mapping business use case requirements to BIAS metrics requirements Direct all aspects of framework implementation and Lead evaluation team in areas of evaluation and prevention of Biases.

Framework Management: Guide and empower BU teams to build sustainable BIAS tracking algorithms and programs to improve detection Collaborate with a wide variety of cross-functional teams to maintain, evolve, and expand guidance for 2021 ExlService Holdings, Inc All rights reserved 2 framework and advancement of BIAS prevention technologies Provide technical consultation and expertise to support business teams in implementing Bias Prevention standards and policies.

Ensure quality controls and management reporting of identified BIAS markers Work with QA Release teams for model delivery acceptance Regulatory Compliance: You would work with regulatory and Privacy teams in ensuring the capabilities needed to ensure regulatory compliance of the AI workloads moving through the pipeline Ensure compliance and controls of AI BIAS evaluation meta data reference.

Stakeholder Communications: As the scope and complexity of AI models being built increases, you are responsible for data evaluation representation of what is being built, so that those that invest, plan and build each understands the whole of what is being built Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including application teams to provide seamless evaluation and prevention experience for Biases Relevant Experience 8+ years of design experience in python algorithms and meta data management.

5+ years of experience in deploying large scale data science projects 4+ years of designing and deploying management and orchestration of data governance frameworks .

3+ year's hands-on experience in building data manipulation and transformation packages 4+ years of experience in a Domain solution expertise role Mandatory Working Experience AI Fairness 360 .
