[HIDDEN TEXT] Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and design for both talent and transformation within the Treasury function
• Proactively manage communication channels with senior stakeholders both internally and externally (Finance, Treasury, Risk, Change and Technology teams as required)
• Oversee the development of large-scale Project plans covering multiple elements such as solution, and test results of change initiatives from the perspective of assessing the impact to BAU
• Work with various team members on implementing regional LEAN and optimization strategies, ideas leading to efficient organization

Role requirements

• Qualified Accountant - CA, CPA, ACCA, OR MBA (Finance).
  
  
• A proven track record of managing large scale Finance Transformation & Change Management programmes and necessary resources
• At least 10+ years of experience in a Treasury, Liquidity, Regulatory, Finance Change & Transformation or similar environment
• International experience an essential for this opportunity
• Demonstrate leadership ability in setting direction and prioritization
• Strong communication and influencing skills required to be successful in this role.
  
  
• Strong inter-personal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output
• PMP, LEAN & Six Sigma can be an added advantage
