Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Analyst, who will be responsible for preparing dashboards, weekly, monthly/quarterly reports for diversified functions and processes across DanfossJob ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management reporting for diversified functions and processes across Danfoss Tracking performance status by monitoring variances from agreed KPIs and TATs Increasing productivity by developing automated applications eliminating duplications coordinating information requirements .
Providing insightful and meaningful reports and dashboard to the stakeholders across Danfoss to management by assembling and summarizing data preparing reports preparing Power Point presentations, PBI dashboards and other relevant support visual aids Background & SkillsEducation and Experience: Any undergrads with good Business domain knowledge such Finance, sales & etc Experience in SAP, SAC & BI tools in terms of operations and reporting is mandatory Expert Knowledge in PowerBI, strong in DAX, possess 'Creativity' and 'Ability' to identify 'Right' approach on 'Data Modelling' and 'Visualization' Should be able to 'question data' and bring in more analysis in work .
Should possess hands on work experience in reporting and performance analysis Strong communication skill both verbal and written, to interact with multiple stake holder from finance organization Quality with lean/agile mindset, consistently focusing on Process Improvement & Optimization Perseverance, Quickness and flexibility Team player, Customer Centric, receptive and excellent communication skills .
