Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities
- Input and verification of invoice on the research commission portion instructed by vendor/client
- Validate all the invoices received from service providers for research providers as per the SLA
- Perform the soft dollar trades reconciliation on Monthly/Weekly/Daily basis and send the statement to client to maintain transparency
- Onboarding client and vendor as per request
- Vendor invoices processing and payment follow up.
- Resolving issues and liaising with Middle Office to match research balance with client
- Fortnight reconciliation of RCCA accounts as per MIFID II guideline and process RPA payment accordingly
- Third party Payment (MT103) of research credits to client or to vendors as per client instruction and invoice
- Management of trade exceptions and perform variety of daily control functions
- Ensure efficient management of client related service requests.
- Identify process weakness and work with technology and internal teams to implement solutions
- Cooperate with team for any operational aspects which require further investigations or additional expertise
- Perform User acceptance tests in case of changes or enhancements for tools used by the CSA Team
- Mitigate the operational risk to improve Department efficiency
- Ensure and control the correct activity during the day in order to guarantee the Department operational delivery.
- Daily Revenue and MTD PNL Report client's balance, monthly reporting to PAC
- Preparing MIS for internal and external reporting, Reporting accounting and regulatory participation

- Apply control and escalation procedures on breaks between different systems
- Respect any timeline and deadline cutoffs
- Facilitate the integration of new activities and migrations of IT systems
- Ensure the consistency of the reconciliation between all the sites
- Contribute to the improvement and completeness of daily and monthly checks
- Keep on documenting all procedures in place to stick market and process evolutions
- Contribute in all control plan protocols according local operational risk policies
- Contribute in precision and accuracy of activity metrics and escalate any relevant problems or success to management on a continuous basis
