Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities
- Anywhere from 1-10 Years' experience Business Analyst
- Strong communication skills (Oral & Written)
- Minimum 1-2 years' prior experience in banking domain, finance or IT
- Eagerness to have hands-on experience on Testing, Requirement validation, Users training & support
- Eagerness to work closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation
- Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups
- Strong inclination & eagerness to seek experience in analyzing, requirement gap analysis and transforming business requirements into functional design
- Eagerness to understand the business perspective and need from the business while gathering the requirements and be able to articulate when in various forums
- Available as a go-to subject matter expert when production incidents are triggered by the users Understand current state and propose target state Able to model business process.
- Creating Requirement Specifications in the form of user stories, FSD, BRDs - and those specific to APIs
- Documenting acceptance criteria and ensure that clear validation criteria is established
- Strong hold on business analysis and tools to perform the analysis and data lineage
- Able to think through design and drive them proactively
- Strong understanding of the typical SDLC life cycle and role of business analyst in each of the cycle
- Eagerness to Develop good understanding of technical infrastructure (databases, web development etc) and how it interconnects with other system for data sharing
- Able to present the case with detailed analysis, options and challenges
- Be able to bridge the gap between business, end user, development and testing team
- Should be able to guide and mentor fellow colleagues on number of topics
- Connecting with business stakeholders to understand the business problem, strategy, constraints and translate it to requirements such that the overall business vision is met
- Coordinate with IT development team for any blockers or requirement clarifications.
- Functional testing of the delivered solution
- Tracking and prioritizing the defects based on its severity for fix
- Coordinate and manage deployment of releases into productions
- Extended Production support to the Business
- Being flexible to work on multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks to meet stringent deadlines
- Being able to work seamlessly in a distributed teams primarily between Paris and Mumbai Ownership of end-to-end and on time delivery of solutions.
