etailed Description: u00A0The Eli Lilly and Company Capability Center, India (LCCI) is expanding the capabilities of our production studio, Lilly Marketing Studios (LMS) As part of LMS, our Lilly Marketing Studios team is expanding capabilities across digital production, marketing, and project management all at LCCI and part of our larger LMS team This expansion is part of LCCIu2019s broader Lilly Marketing Studios strategy, to support current and future LMS tactic development and approval needs across the enterprise in a streamlined fashion with a focus on quality, speed and value as we continue to insource even more work from our US based creative agencies of record (AORs)LCCI marketers currently maintain existing tactics and campaigns (and executed required updates) with minimal direction or oversight from Indianapolis in alignment with Quality teamu00A0 In 2023, all of mature brand work, as well as label and safety-driven updates to HCP & Consumer tactics/ campaigns will be part of their scope.
Mature brands will shift to a focus on maintaining current brand claims, tactics and promotional mixu00A0This move will enable roles supporting US Agile Teams to shift capacity to higher priority origination tactics and launch brands and will also result in a net reduction of non-essential tactic and claims workIn parallel, Regulatory and Medical will establish a new review and approval capacity at LCCI for label change/ in scope limited modification tactics Working with LCCI-based marketers, most mature brand with no AOR involvement will have tactic updates and review and approval work completed at LCCI In addition, new launch brandu2019s required label and safety-driven updates to HCP & Consumer tactics / campaigns will also move to LCCI.

- Digital Projects - Ensure digital tactics (origination and derivative) are mananged by the Digital Project Manager team at LCCI with quality, speed and value.
The objective is to ensure all digital tactics are completed on time with the third part vendors keeping quality and focus on speed to market This team would ensure that the tactics are first time right and reduce rework and on time delievery in accordance with our service level agreements - Marketers - Ensure execution of the Marketing team at LCCI with quality, speed and value Coach and lead our LCCI Marketers to support the US Brand and Lilly Marketing Studios teams in current and future capabilies This includes, but not limited to: project initiation responsibilities, LMS related communication (e.
g tactics details to bifurcate tactics a Selection of Self-Checkout Path (No more Marketers involved) b Selection between Normal and Express Path/ Start US Piece Review), Annotations in VVPM including marketing decision rights and communication with reviewers, and marketing needs identified thoughout our processes for legacy brands (eg.
annual claims assesments) - Project Managers - Coach a team of Project Owners who would ensure successful execution of our tactical development plan with quality, speed, and value The role requires strong partnership across the US and LCCI based leadership teams and ensures that all launches/ label changes are planned well in advance with teams in both the geographies
- Project Management Governance - Owns the execution of the project management governance team across LMS to ensure that project management tools and processes (eg.
WRIKE) forms the basis for all tactic execution This will require proper alignment with stakeholders from across LMS teams with a focus on quality, speed, and value with on time delivery of our tactics in accordance with service level agreements and future speed and process improvements as we add new capabilities and technology to the LMS space
People Management:
- Manage team(s) focused on delivering high quality execution on the component (claims, images, graphs, and templates) and tactical needs of our brands though Lilly Marketing Studios with quality, speed, value and compliance
- Manage a team - responsible for staff performance evaluations and management (eg, discplinary) training and development and have authority to hire)
- Identify and hire talent to foster innovation and excellence
- Deliver results based upon annual goals, department goals and management requests.
- Develop department budget, performance standards, and schedules
- Establish operating polices and procedures
- Implement initiatives for continuous improvement and ideas for positive disruption
- Drive and support evaluation of new technologies, techniques, and tools
- Work directly with outside vendors to negotiate services and product agreements
- Coach to a coach - Manage Team Leads/Group Leads to ensure that they can coach associates on common LMS goals Deliver results through others.
Enable both, in-box and out-of-the box innovation to foster, all leading to better project efficiencies - Conduct effective one-on-one coaching sessions using the Lilly coaching framework by encouraging two-way dialogue and open feedback, listening actively, being flexible, and identifying knowledge, skill and performance gaps
- Stakeholder management and effective communication - Strong ties with stakeholders both in Indy and LCCI to ensure that all projects are worked upon with the goals of top quality, reduced rework and speed to market The stakeholders include but are not limited to Digital Leads, Marketing Directors, Business Unit Managers (BU), SMEs across the board with common focus on LMS execution
Leadership:
- Ensure delivery of business value, risk mitigation, cost optimization and return on investment

Required Experience:
- 10 - 15 years direct experience must include the following:
- 7+ yearsu2019 experience leading and managing technology and/or business professionals
- 7+ yearsu2019 experience managing stakeholder and vendor relationships.
- 7+ yearsu2019 experience with Lean Six Sigma techniques and/or similar project management expertise
- 7+ yearsu2019 experience supporting the Customer Information Materials Lifecycle in the phama industry
