Zeta has over 1700+ employees - with over 70% in technology roles - across locations in the US, EMEA, and Asia We raised $280 million at a $15 billion valuation from Softbank, Mastercard, and other investors in 2021About the RoleAs an Associate for Employer Branding and Communications, you will assist the employer branding and communications team in executing high-impact creative initiatives, campaigns, and events Your role will involve creating and curating meaningful content that showcases #LifeAtZeta You will act as a 'Chief Execution Officer' for the team and ensure that tasks are completed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Create and curate compelling content that brings the stories of Zetanauts and #lifeatzeta to lifeBranding Opportunities: Identify branding opportunities both internally and externally and develop ideas to convert them into brand campaignsSocial Media Management: Manage and run social media campaigns, both paid and organic, while maintaining content hygiene across all Zeta social and digital channelsStakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders involved and ensure a smooth workflow between themReporting and Analysis: Actively track, analyze, and report on campaign/page performance, budgets, and overall impact.
