- Exensive NX Modeling (Solid & Sheet metal), Assembly, Drafting & TC Visview knowledge.
- Ability to handle complicated products and maintain MLO standards for modules/system level with various configurations
- Experience in NX, PLM & ERP Data Sync (Check for assemblies for the Engg BOM in TCE) Expertise in UG Routing (Electrical & Mechanical) with ERP STRUCTURE MANAGER and BOM management
- Knowledge on E3S drawing review, creation of Cable & Harness assembly routing in assemblies
- Knowledge on Model Based Definition (MBD Models) is preferred
- Extensive work experience in creating parts, kits, sub-assemblies (from scratch to top-level) & releasing in PLM software's with Engineering Change Management Process
- Extensive knowledge on Product Structure Management including Product Structure Tree & Product Option Architecture.
- Knowledge on Manufacturing Build Documentation & Operation Method Sheets
- Knowledge/Exposure to Design For Assembly & Design For Serviceability
- Maintain Model updates & incorporate all design changes
- Creating Options and Variants Logic in TcE
- Creation of 3D virtual model which aligns with the real products

Ability to determine obsoleted components in product structure - Skills required
- Should be proficient in TcE, Vis view and UG-NX
- Creation of Assembly and BoM Knowledge on Engineering Change Management
- Able to read schematic (Electrical/mechanical)
- Able communicate clearly with stakeholders Education & Experience
- Candidates should be Mechanical Engineering Background and must have 6-7 years of relevant experience
- Work Location : Client Site at ITPL, Whitefield Bangalore Shift Time : 2PM to 11PM
