Be the main interface for the development and maintenance of logistic programsLoad new orders and action amendments to meet customers' requirements Be the customer/factory liaison- dealing with progress enquiriesKeep close contact with the customer's purchasing office to meet and exceed service level expectationsOverview EDI transactions and check that order entries and change orders are successfully supportedKeep closely in contact with other Microchip offices ww to ensure efficient communication and successful teamworkRun, review, and distribute periodic reports as requestedKeep Customer Database updatedOrder samples as required to support future opportunitiesSupport Accounts Receivable in Ireland when necessary to resolve overdue payment issuesOther duties as assignedAssistance related to sales office administration, planning and arranging events etc,Demonstrate and adhere to the Microchip valuesExperienceAt least 3 years working experience in sales/marketing/customer service-related fieldExperience in Supply Chain and Customer Service role would be advantageousExperience in working within the Semiconductor industry would be advantageousExperience in handling Export Control documentationRequirements/Qualifications:Job Requirements/QualificationDegree holder with atleast 3 yrs experience in sales supportProficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel, Word and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFluent in English is mandatory, both written and spokenExcellent organization skillsMust be service orientedAbility and willingness to work in a dynamic international environment, to interact and communicate with different culturesAbility to work pro-actively, anticipating and resolving customer issuesDetailed oriented and preciseSound business sense and ability to judge when to escalate by formulating a business case for Business Unit or Sales Management evaluation
