The Position As Associate Manager you will be reporting to Head of Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) Research & Early Development (R&ED), GBS and is responsible for all deliveries and contributions for the operation and maintenance of systems supported from his/her department under DD&IT R&ED, GBS incl the transitioning of new systems This also includes prioritization of tasks and deliverables, to ensure delivery of system services, performance, and availability in line with business needs and agreed service levels You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:
- Lead the team, handles all people related tasks and review progress on key activities, such as IT initiatives, system strategy, system budget, compliance, audit & inspection readiness and implement mitigating actions as required.
- Managing a portfolio of systems like Global Project Planner (GPP), Power (pWr), SmartAssay, & Global Research (GR) Infrastructure systems (SC-19, GitLab, High Performance Computing (HPC), HIWaste, etc,) to support various R&ED processes
- Adapt to global mind-set ensuring effective and efficient global collaboration
- Responsible for Stakeholder management including Line of Business (LoB) and Vendor Management
- Establish healthy and safe working conditions and workplaces within own area of responsibility for both Novo Nordisk employees and non-Novo Nordisk employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience with IT
- 0-1 Year Experience in leading teams and people
- 4+ years of relevant technology and pharmaceutical industry experience
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users
- Ability to represent NN in relations with users and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills written and orally in English
- Highly proactive and able to take initiative
- Team player and leader
- Integrity and accountability
- Cross cultural awareness and understanding.
