Responsible for designing, developing and delivering in-house behavioral and general L&D programs at plant for cultural enhancement and development of talents Support LU Manager in achieving the objectives of the Learning University by closely coordinating with the middle level management Mandatory to have proficiency in developing interactive e-learning modules on Articulate 360 or other AI learning management systemsWhat You Will AchieveAn important area for Pfizer is managing the learning and development needs of the teams You will play a critical role in managing the training activities for middle management, Analysts and below roles.

You will be involved in a range of activities, starting from design and delivery of programs, conducting classes to training effectiveness evaluation You will keep abreast with the latest learning and motivation theories to identify new and effective methods and techniques to develop in-house programsYou will participate in activities related to improving processes for training and collaborate with others by sharing your experiences As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical training deliverables.

Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams You will oversee and evaluate vendors who develop and conduct training programs for the plantIt is your hard work and focus that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globeRole responsibilities:

• Contribute to the completion of complex projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team
• Partner with site training team and functional team to effectively design, develop and implement learning aseptic programs in support of business goals and site strategies.
  
  
• Ensure that all colleagues and contingent workers are qualified to perform their Good Manufacturing Practices also cGMP responsibilities in the respective functional areas
• Manage and perform routine data entry and data verification for systems
• Execute any other related work assigned by the team

QualificationsMust-Have

• Master's Degree
• 4+ years of experience
• Experience developing, delivering and assessing classroom, computer-based, and competency based functional training
• Strong facilitation skills as well as instructional systems design experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to build and maintain working partnerships with all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to lead complex projects to successful outcomes
• Proactive and effective communication within and across shifts
• Excellent computer skills including experience with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

Nice-to-Have

• Proficiency in Telugu
• Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
• Knowledgeable of current trends in training and organization development theory
