Job title:About the jobOur Team:Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is designed to centralize processes and activities to support global medical business units and medical officeThe Sanofi Global Hub is built to reduce reliance on external services providers and facilitate the development of internal expertise The Global HUB will leverage untapped combination of talent poolMain responsibilities:Process (1) Manage all requests within the centralized mailbox/request platform and prioritize based on the business need (2) Update the tool and facilitate the request for payment for non-contract services (3) Process the payment as per the Sanofi Process and maintain the payment records (4) Perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedFinancial and Reporting (1) track such requests, verify the requests for non-contract payments, and process the requests as per agreed process, timelines, and quality (2) Provides support regarding process reviews and improvement (3) End user/Customer engagement for the payments of request of non-contract servicesPeople (1) Maintain effective relationship with internal Sanofi stakeholder and the end user/Customers (2) Regular connects with Sanofi stakeholders and relevant teams if applicableAbout you
