Department OverviewThe SBB QA team is responsible for evaluating, monitoring, assessing and/or SBB operational programs, processes, claims, documentation and/or files for procedural adherence Functions may include but not limited to:
- Evaluating processes to ensure business procedures are followed
- Providing feedback to Operations Managers regarding documentation and underwriting requirements or evaluating booked, closed, cancelled, and declined credit applications, accounts, files, systems and/or processes to ensure procedural adherence
- Ensures corrective action on exceptions and problems identified, required data is input and proper procedures were followed
- Ensures identified risks and/or problems are clearly documented and interacts with appropriate parties for timely resolution.
- Identifies risks and problem areas and recommends standards, policies, and procedures to correct deficiencies and improve performance
About the RoleThe primary role of this team will be to complete Quality Assurance reviews of work performed by various teams within SBB The team will be expected to complete their loan review with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner The level of this role is Associate Quality Assurance AdministratorResponsibilities

Market Skills and Certifications :Essential Qualifications6+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment demonstrated through work or military experience.
