A Rentokil Initial brand, Rentokil PCI was formed in 2017 through a joint venture (JV) between Pest Control India, the number one pest control company in India, and Rentokil, the world's leading pest control brand Rentokil PCI aims to set new standards for customer service with operations across 250 locations in India The JV brand also focuses on developing industry-leading service operations through the sharing of best practices, new innovations and the use of digital technologiesPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:The ADM / DM is responsible for Sales & Operations of the assigned Division consisting of Branches and Base OfficesThe person will report to the AGM/GM.
The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholdersGENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1 SALES & CRMo Implementation of the Organization goals in the Divisiono Planning and achieving segment-wise revenue (CBU/RBU) as per annual operating plan Ensure the revenue target is achieved.
o Guiding and ensuring that branches achieve profitable business Guide the Branches for expansion of RPCI services in the Divisiono Responsible to ensure financial goals are met with such as credit policy, expenses, profitabilityo Reviewing branches periodically for their performance as per annual plan and initiating course correctionso Ensure operations of the branches are smooth and as per SOPs.
o Quarterly reviews, analysis and reporting of business performance to the Regional Heado Monitoring competitor activities & gathering market intelligence for planning sales strategyo Participation in customer meets conducted by branches and monitoring promotional activitieso Identifying and visiting key customers of each branch to ensure that customer's needs are being met Ensure customer contact management and customer relations.
o Ensuring compliance of all company policies by branches Periodical visits to branches for identifying and resolving issueso Attending customer complaints, wherever essential Monitoring of costing for major jobs and Ensuring quality of services is maintained in the Divisiono Accountable for customer satisfaction and retentiono To ensure monthly operational and sales meetings are held in branches.
2 Overall Administrationo Implementation of SHE related policies and ensure safety of employees and customers during the services renderedo Recruitment of qualified employees & create a pool for meeting branch needso Ensure all supporting documents pertaining to appointments are sent by Brancheso Conducting performance appraisal of branch managers once in a six month Also ensuring that BMs maintain transparency with their subordinates while appraising themo Ensuring the branches are working in a congenial and harmonious working atmosphere.
o Monitoring & ensuring that employee training and evaluations are fulfilled as per job requiremento Grooming BMs for shouldering higher responsibilities Mentoring of BMs / CSE / OE and prepare them to carry it down the lineo Work out growth plan for top performers in the brancheso Handling grievances of subordinateso Coordinate with HR dept, to handle IR and HR related issues at the Divisional level to maintain cordial relations with employeeso Ensure compliance by all branches to statutory requirements and company's policieso Conveying company policies & relevant matters to branches in clear terms on time.
o To address Branch issues to CO / Regional Head and keep BM updated within a reasonable timeo Ensure timely submission of all reports by branchesKEY DELIVERABLES Divisional KPI's Faster Response - 2/24: 98/100, Root cause analysis and CVC P&L - Base/Branch Target and Service Productivity.

The candidate should have at least 6-8 years or more of managerial experience inhandling multi-location offices Should have held a mid-managerial level position for at least 3-4 years He should have experience in handling large teams of sales and other functions and aproven track record of performance.
