Customer satisfaction ( External and Internal) Team Lead Customers Maintain good working relationships, Co-ordination, discussion and communication Independently inbound operation handling / leading Project Manager .

Assist to meet performance targets Together with Project manager participate in problem solving and trouble shoot process, improvement process and innovative ideas to create pipeline projects Vendor (Logistics service provider) Ensure all service providers meet requirements and follow the SOP Area Operations staff at all levels Daily working process review and discussion People management Supervision of Operations .

Coordination with buyer and LSPs for appropriate decisions to meet business requirements Ensure operational issues are registered and resolved or escalated to next level within time frame and most efficient possible manner Ensure accurate planning and end to end managements of all inbound shipments.

Support on ad hoc requirement and convert ideas into projects, Adherence to project's SOP Ensure that the SOPs are being followed and adhered to by members Ensure SLA are met and actions to be taken to ensure all KPIs are met as agreed Safely and Quality Assurance Ensure safe working practices and environment within the projects.

Participate in DESC quality policy and initiatives eg ISO accreditation .

Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance .

Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of projects objectives and targets Coordination and dealing with 3pls, Getting required services thru better planning Transportation and routing of vehicles, Vehicle placement as per pick plan and tracking till delivery .

Operation managed as per project operating module and within budget to derive forecasted savings Skills Communication skills (English/Local Language), spoken and written Leadership skills operations knowledge is a must .

Good Documentation skills - Document Screening, Archiving and retrieval Good People management Skills Soft skills
