Should have at least 3 years experience in OPERATIONS/COLLECTION in Banks/HFCs/ NBFCs (for age not exceeding 28 years) For age relaxation, commensurate additional experience would be required Should have good communication & interpersonal skills Fluency in Tamil besides English (read, write & speak) is must Working knowledge of Hindi will be advantageous.
